You have 30 days to return the merchandise for a full refund and another 15 days (45 days total) to return for store credit. - You'll need the original manufacturer's labelled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Books, CDs, and DVDs cannot be opened (due to copyright laws).
- We require that you pay the original shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement shipping fee. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
- This policy is not applicable for commercial and bulk orders.
- There are no refunds on trips, trip deposits, and classes. Sales of all of these items are final.
