Advanced Open Water Course
Advanced Open Water allows Open Water Divers to dive to 100 feet with a buddy who has an equal or higher certification level. During this course, you will get to experience 5 different specialty dives!
Students enrolling in the Advanced Open Water course must:
- Complete the Student Diver Medical Questionnaire and, if necessary, get their doctor's written permission prior to the start of their class.
- Have their Open Water Diver certification card or provide proof of certification.
The course includes the SSI Advanced Open Water digital learning materials, a digital certification card, and the use of a rental dive cylinder and rental weights for the duration of the class.
Students must have their own personal equipment (Mask, Snorkel, Boots, Fins). If needed, these are available for purchase here at Gulf Coast Scuba.
Course fee does not include the dive site access fee, which is paid directly to the dive operator at the lake
