- Ships nationwide: We sell and ship only to the USA and its territories via USPS. No international sales or shipping is allowed at this time.
- Free shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
Returns & exchanges
- 60-day full refund: Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Exchange or store credit: Unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Defective & incorrect items: Please contact us immediately if a product is received defective or incorrect. We will cover return shipping only if notified before return.
Terms & conditions
- Original manufacturer’s labelled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards is required. Books, CDs, and DVDs must be unopened.
- No restocking fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
- No refunds on trips, trip deposits, and classes; sales are final. No refunds after class start.
- Class rescheduling within 7 days incurs a $100 reschedule fee. No-shows forfeit the applicable fee.
Return Shipping & How to Return
For normal (non-defective) returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping only if notified before sending the return. Returns are accepted by mail or in-store at Gulf Coast Scuba, 3206 Mercer St, Houston, TX 77027. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
